December, another year has almost gone by, which leaves us a moment of reflection.
As in many of the past years, 2017 has been a moving year for us. We’d like to give a brief overview.
Events
In 2017, we were again privileged to host our own E.care Community Days, this time in Mechelen. This year’s edition has confirmed that there is still a growing need for exchanging experiences, best practices and ideas with fellow-customers. This helps to make our customers feel stronger both together as individually in ever more turbulent surroundings like the Emergency department.
The past year, we were again able to meet both customers and prospects at several trade fairs/conferences such as: conhIT, EUSEM, “Die Zentrale Notaufnahme” in the emergency hospital in Berlin and of course DGINA.
It is always nice to be able to speak openly and in a constructive way about our product. It is even more pleasant when we have the support of our customers. We would like to thank again our guest speakers for their contributions at our DGINA lunch symposium!
This year, we’ve attended the first edition of the conference “Die Zentrale Notaufnahme” in the emergency hospital in Berlin. The focus of this conference lay on the exchange of best practices in the following topics: new build & renovation, process optimization, legal influences etc.…. It was heartwarming to see how our product positively contributes to the different regions. It gives us an enormous boost to keep improving to have satisfied customers.

New developments
Each year, our company works hard on developing new versions and modules. We would like to thank our customers for providing us with open and constructive feedback.
Our newest version E.care ED 4.1 is currently successfully being implemented. Besides that, we have launched our newest module MyEcare.

Joint forces
We are proud and very happy to announce that E.care bvba has joined a consortium with Meona GmbH: joining forces in an efficient way, that has resulted from months of interesting brain-exercise.
We have found to be like-minded and complementary.
Like-minded as we both stand for a Best-of-breed concept, where openness, connectivity, functionality and user-friendliness go hand in hand.
Complementary because our solutions complement each other and strengthen the possibility to offer a total solution, always with respect for the decisions a hospital has already made.
The choice for this consortium has also been made to offer continuity. You can furthermore expect from us what we have been offering so far. Together with Meona, we are convinced, that we will be even more capable of dealing with the challenges in the market the future will bring.
